Registration
Welcome to the registration for the 8th International Conference on Interactive Digital Storytelling – ICIDS2015 – Aalborg University Copenhagen 30 november – 4 December 2015.
Payment
The conference fee can be paid by credit card.
Early bird registration fee: 2200 DKK (aprox. 300 euros) – Deadline: October 31, 2015
Registration fee after October 31, 2015: 2700 DKK (aprox. 360 euros)
Students fee: 1300 DKK (aprox. 175 euros)
We have decided to keep the late students fee at the early bird rate (1300 DKK)
Included in the registration fee: Access to all sessions in the conference and any of the workshops in the pre-conference day, welcome bag, proceedings’ book, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception, visit to the ICIDS art exhibition, excursion/social activity (to be announced).
A separate fee of 400 DKK is charged for the social dinner and can also be reserved and paid on line together with the registration. The social dinner will take place Thursday December 3rd (details will be posted soon).

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be done by email to leb@create.aau.dk.
- Cancellations received at the latest on 31 october 2015 will be reimbursed by 100% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received between the 1-13 november 2015 will be reimbursed by 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after 13 november 2015 will not be reimbursed.
- Non-arrivals will not have their payments reimbursed.
